每日良心省察祈禱卡

I’ve been using this prayer card during my morning quiet time, and the step-by-step structure of the examen really helps me focus on gratitude before bed. The font is clear and easy to read, even in low light.

The card's compact size fits perfectly in my wallet, so I can pull it out during lunch breaks to walk through the examen steps Ignatius lays out. I've already found the prompt to thank God for specific blessings shifts my whole afternoon mood.

I was skeptical a prayer card could actually change my evening routine, but this one’s compact size means it lives in my coat pocket, and the step-by-step format keeps me focused instead of drifting off mid-prayer.
